Working on behalf of a developer, Arrow Planning have been promoting the site for residential development through the Wycombe District Local Plan.

Currently located in the Green Belt, the site also includes some land within the AONB and Flood Zones 2 and 3. Despite these constraints the site was included as an allocation for 58 dwellings and proposed for release from the Green Belt in the submission Wycombe District Local Plan in 2018. 

Arrow Planning have represented our client through the later stages of the Local Plan, submitting Hearing Statements and appearing at the Local Plan Examination in September 2018.
